JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Digitain LLC is looking for an experienced and talented individual to fill the position of Head of Casino, who will be responsible for new product development, ongoing development of existing products, team management, product delivery management and business continuous vertical growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Manage and follow up all stages of product delivery, from strategy planning to final tactical actions;
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to create a distinctive vision for Casino products;
- Create and manage startup projects;
- Manage and supervise teams to develop and integrate online casino products, such as Sports Betting, Live Casino, RNG table games and slots;
- Cooperate with different departments, link business and marketing, customer service and technology;
- Establish and manage relationships with partners, ensure to deliver the best possible products for the targeted market;
- Maintain brand standards, keeping the balance between everyday requirements and innovations;
- Continuously improve products based on customers', internal partners' and shareholders' feedback;
- Conduct ongoing research of targeted markets to obtain full information about current brands, competitors' abilities, business innovations and growth capabilities;
- Always motivate and inspire people;
- On the regular bases prepare reports for stakeholders regarding the Company's results and successes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in Economics or Business Administration;
- At least 4 years of work experience in gaming industry, at least 2 years of managerial experience;
- Understanding of casino software and casino rules as well as legal aspects of casino management;
- Experience in casino management will be a big plus;
- Knowledge of Totogaming products and services will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Advanced computer skills, strong knowledge of MS Office ;
- Ability to evaluate customer recommendations through CMS tools with exceptional understanding of customers' activities;
- Ability to work on several tasks, as well as on several projects simultaneously;
- Readiness to work in stressful situations, under pressure and within certain deadlines;
- Strong organizational, decision making, problem solving and other management skills;
- Motivated person with desire to succeed and achieve profitable results;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Strong financial/ analytical skills;
- Ability to motivate others.
