JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Andava Digital Marketing Agency is currently looking for a smart and hardworking HR and Operations Manager to join the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Develop HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements;
- Recruit staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; decide on how best to advertise;
- Shortlist applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques including psychometric testing; interviewing shortlisted candidates;
- Advise on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records;
- Ensure the business operates within the Company's scope of goals and mission defined;
- Work with CEO and Accounting on any matters that occur;
- Review and approve equipment and office supplies needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and operations related roles;
- Experience in leading service delivery teams;
- Proactive, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, listen effectively, and present creative approaches and solutions to identified issues.
