JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Kamar Business Center is actively looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Officer who will be in charge of planning and implementation of marketing events and provision of office premises in Kamar Business Center for rent.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Participate in marketing events and projects;
- Jointly with the PR Manager handle organization of PR events (press conferences, discussions in various formats) from A to Z: planning, communication with internal and external stakeholders, development and finalization of materials, coordinating publication and promotion of materials in mass and social media, media monitoring, analysis and effectiveness reporting;
- Jointly with the PR Manager ensure development of content (and coordination of design, where necessary) for booklets and leaflets on all main services of the Company;
- Jointly with the PR Manager ensure continuous development, updating, monitoring and editing of the Company's and Company-related website content and content for other digital customer service channels, review and edit translated content;
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented projects;
- Report on the completed marketing activities on a monthly basis;
- Follow digital marketing and social media developments and trends and develop projects for new solutions;
- Develop the social media management and promotion strategy of the Company;
- Develop and regularly update potential client database and offer effective tools for client outreach;
- Collect additional information about clients and their activities from internal and external sources;
- Prepare presentation materials and information about free office spaces available for rent, including print collateral, letters and proposals to clients;
- Arrange meetings and visits for client outreach, present office premises in Kamar Business Center available for rent, provide necessary information about those premises for further cooperation;
- Ensure the client outreach benchmarks as set under the annual and quarterly plan;
- Contribute to long-term cooperation with the new clients;
- Submit monthly reports and presentations on the works performed by the Client Outreach Team;
- Perform other functions prescribed by the client outreach procedure and assigned by the department director.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree in Economics, Management or Marketing;
- At least 1 year of work experience in marketing, sales promotion, customer service or other relevant fields;
- Analytical and creative thinking, organizational skills, team player skills;
- Courteous manners, commitment to work and high sense of responsibility;
- Basic computer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet;
- Project development and management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Strong critical thinking;
- Team player skills and ability to cooperate;
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, result-driven performance;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
