- Organizing the process of releasing funds from the developer’s special account for apartments acquired in buildings being commissioned;
- Collecting the necessary documents for completed projects;
- Organizing the appraisal and insurance processes for properties that have received ownership certificates;
- Verifying the compliance of loan applications in the AS-Bank system;
- Monitoring the repayment of receivables on subsidy accounts;
- Organizing the process of releasing real estate from collateral;
- Submitting proposals for the automation and improvement of processes;
- Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and semiannual reports on program mortgage loans.
- University degree in economics or finance;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the banking system in the field of mortgage lending;
- High accuracy and responsibility when working with documents;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 considered an advantage);
- Knowledge of the RA banking legislation and the RA Law on Residential Mortgage Lending considered an advantage;
- Strong communication and high-quality customer service skills;
- Negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Proactiveness and strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English.
