JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Tumo Center for Creative Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic QA Engineer to join the product team, to work openly, accepting feedback and working closely with other teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Get involved in all phases of Tumo products design and development, including sprint planning preparation, implementation, and execution of manual and automated tests, bug reporting and verification, and reporting results;
- Design and develop automation frameworks and test suites to test TUMO products working with engineers, product owners, and others;
- Recommend, and implement frameworks, approaches, and test strategies to help the engineers execute their own unit tests too;
- Ensure that the most important aspects of the product suite are covered by tests, with the goal to ensure robust automated regression tests which will run at every integration cycle;
- Consistently improve test automation infrastructure and coverage;
- Champion quality throughout the development process.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of industry experience in QA or software engineering;
- At least 1 years of experience designing, implementing and executing automated tests;
- Experience developing or testing cloud-based microservices AWS, Azure or similar platforms;
- Mastery of Python, Perl and JavaScript scripting languages;
- Experience using common automation frameworks;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills;
- Comfortable engaging cross-functional partners including development teams, system architects, product management;
- Detail-oriented, passionate person with strong sense of ownership and analytical mindset, fast learner and perfection seeker;
- Familiarity with version control, bug tracking, and CI/ CD systems and procedures.

ABOUT COMPANY: 
Tumo is a free after-school program designed for teens. Since the program's launch in 2011, four Tumo centers have opened their doors in Armenia: in Yerevan, Dilijan (in collaboration with the Central Bank), Gyumri and Stepanakert (in collaboration with AGBU). A new, fifth Tumo center is planned to launch in the northern border village of Koghb, in Tavush, in 2018. Under the Tumo educational program, students get acquainted with four main focus areas: animation, web design, game development and filmmaking; and ten complementary skills including robotics, programming, photography, music and more.
