JOB DESCRIPTION: 
MoveCo Solutions is looking for an experienced, motivated, hardworking and proactive individual to join its team as a Sales and Service Specialist. The ideal candidate is a motivated, energetic and hardworking individual, who is ready to have his/ her own contribution in a startup company and grow with it.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Connect with prospective clients through email, messaging services and phone to offer the Company's products and services;
- Answer all incoming calls in a polite, helpful, energetic manner, with an "audible smile" and do first line of support;
- Provide web based product demonstrations and guide the clients through the sign up process;
- Work using today's sales technologies and software, especially CRM, to identify, analyze and act upon leads, opportunities, sales funnels, customer data;
- Structure, negotiate and close deals;
- Provide excellent customer service and strong interpersonal relations;
- Educate customers on products and services;
- Work as part of a team;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Fluent and professional knowledge of English language: both verbal and written;
- Ability to work in night hours: 8 p.m.- 5 a.m. for the full time, 7 p.m. - 12 a.m. or 12 a.m.-5 a.m. for the part time;
- Strong understanding of sales process and objectives;
- Strong sales 'closer';
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills;
- Well-organized, results-oriented and responsible person.
