JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Technical Engineer will develop the delivery of the office resources strategy, and through its own and co-resources development and capacity will enhance the resource management plan, service improvements and other measures, and will continue to improve resource efficiency, The incumbent should timely provide qualified technical resources to protect the delivery of services and programs of the various business units.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Assure customer network safety and service delivery for customers;
- Be single point of customer contact, manage customer issues and satisfaction;
- Implement vendor technical support including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Provide pre-sale support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in Telecommunication;
- At least 1 year of customer and project management engagement experience;
- At least 2 years of experience in roll out, maintenance or vendor support;
- Certification by Huawei, Ericsson, NSN, HP, Dell or IBM;
- Professional knowledge;
- Good knowledge of functionality of mobile wireless networks and IT systems;
- Good knowledge of WL (2/3/4G) OSS systems and IT products (x86 servers, storages);
- Knowledge of DataCom will be an advantage;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
