JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Santa Maria Tours is seeking a candidate for the position of Travel Consultant. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about travel, sales-driven, love networking and building customer relationships, results-focused, determined to succeed, eager to learn and will be committed to ensuring the customers have an amazing travel experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Research and explore different travel destination options, travel prices;
- Search for new partners for B2B and B2C;
- Network with current partners;
- Cooperate with service providers to ensure timely and high quality services with acceptable costs;
- Plan and organize travels, prepare tour packages, reserve accommodation;
- Create new products and estimate budgets for sales and operational staff;
- Foster positive relationships and trust with in-house and outside clients and key business partners through spirit of partnership, and demonstrated track record of visionary;
- Take ownership of projects and processes to ensure the timely delivery of product lines;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of experience in the sphere of tourism;
- Strong sales and marketing skills;
- Good knowledge of popular tourist destinations;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
- Exceptional customer services skills.
