ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
Ameriabank is currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join the document digitalization team. Ameriabank is looking for someone who’s great with spreadsheets, skilled at multitasking, and extremely self-motivated. The incumbent will thrive in this role if he/ she feels comfortable creating his/ her own deadlines, improving processes, creating new processes, and rethinking the way things are typically done. The Associate Project Manager will be in charge of assisting the Product/ Project Managers. This involves product/ project planning and execution throughout the Product/ Project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure high quality delivery and outcomes. To be successful as an Associate Project Manager, he/ she will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical and time management skills.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Collect quantitative product data and metrics through market research;
- Synthesize customer research;
- Gather product requirements and align them with business goals;
- Provide technical assistance with analyzing, defining and formalizing business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements;
- Develop User Stories and new product features;
- Assist in running Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews/ Demos, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Planning);
- Coordinate with stakeholders and assist PM with internal and external communication;
- May serve as short term backup for PMs.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Intern, Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant or in a related capacity; preferably work experience in an IT or technology environment;
- Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while still meeting deadlines;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data to measure performance, highlight problems and determine solutions;
- Strong interest in IT and technology;
- Experience with project management tools like, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence is a plus;
- Self-motivated and proactive individual who anticipates issues and opportunities and takes initiative to address them without direction;
- Positive, helpful, and collaborative team player;
- Personable, open-minded and flexible attitude;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
