ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
Byblos Bank Armenia is looking for a Call Center Officer to join its team.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Provide customer support over the phone;
- Identify the needs of current and potential clients and advise them accordingly;
- Introduce client to the relevant services of the bank clearly and in detail;
- Promote the sales of Bank services and products;
- Have a good knowledge of terms of each product;
- Have a good knowledge of all banking operations;
- Regulate customer account queries;
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Technical or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Relevant experience is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Sales skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to identify, anticipate and respond effectively to customer requirements;
- Ability to understand banking operations, related policies and procedures;
- Ability to understand and present each type of product terms;
- Knowledge of AS-Bank program is a plus.
