ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Center is looking for a highly qualified new team member who shares the Company's vision and is ready to work in the Company's professional team.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Maintain the Company's assets, organize and supervise the regular inventory counts, ensure proper records of assets (property plant and equipment) purchase, their depreciation, revaluation and disposal, small value items and consumables;
- Prepare the monthly payroll, calculate and transfer staff salaries and other salary equivalents, payments under service contracts, income tax and other applicable taxes, liabilities, dues and mandatory payments deriving from the Company's activities;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and other periodical mandatory reports to local tax authorities in line with the Armenian legislation, as well as provide upon the Supervisor's request other reports, notes and other information;
- Track changes in tax legislation and advise the Financial officer whenever such changes take place;
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results;
- Provide technical support and advice to Financial Officer;
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures;
- Participate in financial standards setting;
- Prepare reports for internal and external audit to ensure compliance;
- Plan, organise and supervise the Accounting Staff's daily work;
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
- Fulfill other tasks within the scope of his/ her position that matches his/ her profile, in line with the internal policies and procedures and the local legislation.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Higher education in Finance or related fields;
- Five years of work experience is preferred;
- Knowledge of ArmSoft will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of RA tax and labor legislations, accounting standards;
- Ability to navigate in stressful situations;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel;
