ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
Chemonics International, Inc., a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, seeks a Communications and Outreach Specialist for the Armenia Resilience Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, including all Tasks Orders (TOs) to be issued thereunder. The IDIQ’s first TO has been awarded and will be the five-year USAID Armenia Food Security Activity. The Food Security TO will support the Armenian government to increase food security by modernizing Armenia’s food system to increase domestic production for domestic consumption and reduce dependence on imports to stabilize market systems. Specifically, the Activity will seek to achieve the following three objectives: 1) improved agriculture sector knowledge management; 2) increased production of staple crops for domestic consumption; and 3) increase cross-cutting innovation. Future TOs are expected to cover additional sectors such as Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, Natural Resources Management, and other areas to be determined by USAID.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
The Communications and Outreach Specialist will:
- Develop and implement a project level communications strategy, including leading on stakeholder mapping, and other strategic communication activities for all TOs;
- Build connections with community organizations, businesses, schools, and other potential partners to support USAID's mission;
- Lead project communications and outreach activities targeted for key stakeholders;
- Produce high-quality reports, press-releases, social media posts, and other communication materials related to project success and activities;
- Work closely with the USAID Communications team to highlight program achievements through various channels, including articles, videos, and social media campaigns;
- Provide high-quality writing and/or editing services for technical materials throughout the project life cycle, including reports, deliverables, and outreach materials for all TOs;
- Work closely with the CLA and MEL Director to translate M&E performance data into communication deliverables and narratives of project performance and monitor the effectiveness of outreach activities and make recommendations for improvements;
- Develop effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and continually promote outstanding client service and technical leadership;
- Support development of presentations, briefers, etc. for senior management team;
- Maintain adherence to USAID branding and marking requirements by beneficiaries and other counterparts. This includes creating project materials and templates that comply with USAID guidelines;
- Provide support to subrecipients in developing branding strategies and marking plans, specific to their subaward activities and consistent with the larger Food Security Activity branding and marking plan and future branding and marking plans;
- Provide capacity building to subrecipients on items related to communications, such as development of success stories;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CLA and MEL Director.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, organizational development, human resource management, marketing, business, or other related field required; master’s degree preferred;
- At least eight years of experience working in a communications, organizational development, marketing, or related field; experience working on donor-funded projects and particularly USAID projects is highly desirable;
- Demonstrated experience designing and leading strategic communications trainings and other types of capacity building interventions;
- Strong writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write story-driven content about complex technical subjects;
- Experience working with government counterparts in communications at the national and local level or related areas and navigating complex economic and political topics;
- Experience creating, or overseeing the management of, multimedia products such as video, animation and podcasts;
- Experience of developing and implementing digital communication strategies and campaigns across a range of channels (including social media);
- Ability to work under deadline pressure with diverse teams and manage production schedules;
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
