ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
Holiday Inn Express Yerevan is looking for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the Property's day-to-day culinary operations. This department head ensures that the culinary team produces the highest quality of food for guests and events according to IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group) standards.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Manage all functions of the food production to achieve optimum quality and profit;
- Coordinate functions and activities with other department heads as appropriate;
- Oversee special events and special food promotions;
- Develop and write standard recipes, as well as new dishes and products by taking into consideration such factors as local requirements; market needs; competition, trends, potential costs, merchandising and promotions;
- Take steps to ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained;
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends, and make appropriate adjustments to the Kitchen operations accordingly;
- Control and analyse on an on-going basis the level of the following: sales, costs, quality and presentation of food products, condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment, guests satisfaction;
- Conduct such functions as interviewing, hiring, performance evaluation, training, coaching, counseling and taking disciplinary actions to ensure the appropriate productivity and efficiency of the Kitchen team, including stewarding team;
- Maintain updated and accurate costing of all dishes;
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all Company policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene and fire life safety.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Technical proficiency and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of food preparation methods;
- Ability to develop results-oriented associates through effective training, evaluation, motivation, coaching and counseling; ability to assist others in developing needed skills for effective job performance;
- Demonstrated experience as a decision-maker with an ability to identify problems and creatively and expeditiously find solutions;
- 6-8 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or a related professional area;
- 1-3 years in a supervisory/ managerial capacity;
- Flexibility with respect to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
