Then you might be MSF Armenia's perfect new colleague who will know what needs to be done and undertakes to, among other duties, ensure deviations, complaints and associated claims are centrally registered and appropriately handled by the relevant stakeholders.
In this position, you execute administrative tasks of the project and do follow-up of project accountancy, according to MSF standards and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep a strict control over monetary resources.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Execute administrative and legal related tasks, under supervision of the Project Coordinator, checking payroll calculations and updating personal files in order to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments;
- Implement cash management procedures in order to ensure the highest control and security and ensure cash availability;
- Prepare employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local labour and fiscal law compliance;
- Enter data into the HR database and personal files and keep them up to date in order to facilitate HR processes management;
- Draw up monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll;
- Carry out all accounting tasks and activities in order to ensure strict control of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentation;
- Make all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meetings, etc.);
- File the accounting documents and enter the accounting pieces in the accounting software, with support from the Finance Manager;
- Support in translating documents into the local language.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
You are an enthusiastic, ambitious, eager-to-learn, flexible person, capable of working independently and with accuracy. At the same time, you are a team player with initiative, a hands-on mentality, and tenacity with regard to following up on issues and files.
- Degree in HRM, administration-related studies, Business Administration;
- At least two years experience in administration;
- (Self)organized, accurate and proficient with Microsoft software applications and electronic information systems;
- Good communication skills and fluency in English (speaking and writing) are essential; Armenian is your mother tongue; knowledge of Russian is an asset;
- Experience working in an international setting, fast-paced environment, multitasking and working with multiple deadlines.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Outstanding proven time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize ongoing vs. immediate needs appropriately;
- Willingness to travel within and outside of Armenia;
