ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
People in Need Armenia is recruiting Finance and Operations Manager (FOM) who will be based in Yerevan office. FOM is responsible for country programme accounting, finance management, and financial reporting to donors. He/ she supervises financial project management and manages financial risks. FOM is responsible for the operations of the country programme and its offices in a way that the projects can effectively deliver their objectives. The Finance and Operations Manager is a member of the country programme management team and contributes to strategic decision-making and operations.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Country programme economy: responsible for annual budgeting, operations costs management and cash flow, as well as preparation of financial and economic overviews and interpreting the economic data for the use of management;
- Accounting supervision: establish sufficient capacities to guarantee accounting data quality, project finance management and reporting, year-end closing operations and statutory audit; ensure overall compliance of financial reports and accounting data with the PIN internal rules and legislation (Armenian as well as Czech);
- Project finance management: responsible for budgeting and reporting, training and methodological support to project staff;
- Sub grantees (partners): negotiate and cooperate with partner organizations in budgeting and reporting; verify partners' financial reports, providing consultations and support in finance related matters;
- Programme operational support: set or adjust system of operations according to programme needs;
- Procurement: identify suitable and reliable suppliers of goods and services in support of programme implementation in accordance with PIN procurement guidelines; maintain measures to secure anti-corruption, transparency and cost efficiency perception of country programme procurement;
- Logistics and administration: ensure accountable and functional supply chain logistics; oversee office management with all related services; ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective transport of staff, goods and materials.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Degree in Finance or Accounting and/ or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a finance department;
- Fluency in English and Armenian languages;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and high level computer literacy;
- Highly organized person with attention to small details;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Ability to organize and plan effectively;
- Strong sense of integrity and willingness to pass the knowledge to others.

ԱՇԽԱՏԱՎԱՐՁ՝ 
Salary will be defined according to PIN Armenia salary grid, level ranging between 350,000 AMD – 500,000 AMD (Net) per month, depending on candidate's experience; possibility of salary increase based on performance.
ԼՐԱՑՈՒՑԻՉ ՏԵՂԵԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ՝ 
Benefits include 60% subsidy for voluntary health insurance; bonuses twice a year in total up to the amount of 1 month salary depending on the performance.
ԾՐԱԳՐԻ ՄԱՍԻՆ՝ 
Infrequent field travels to Shirak and Syunik regions may be required.
