ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
Teach For Armenia seeks a qualified Finance and Operations Manager to lead daily financial and operational management processes of the Organization under the direct supervision of the Chief of Finance and Operations (CFO). The Manager will need to ensure effective systems and processes for fiscal planning, ongoing budget management, and internal financial control processes such as reporting and compliance. The Finance and Operations Manager will serve as a member of the Finance and Operations team, which includes Chief of Finance and Operations and Office Administrator. The Department focuses on making sure that Teach For Armenia has the necessary resources while running the day-to-day operations. The Department is overseen by the Chief of Finance and Operations, who will serve as this individual's manager.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
For this role, the key responsibilities will include:
Financial Management (50%):
- Budgets and forecasts: Monitor and coordinate Teach For Armenia's Directors (budget owners) on a daily basis in annual budgeting and mid-year forecast process; administer and review all financial plans on a monthly basis and compare to actual results to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate, as well as supervise short-, mid-, and long-term financial plans and projections, prepare and submit relevant monthly financial reports to the CFO;
- Execute ongoing budget controlling tasks and prepare and submit CFO quarterly financial reports on TFA's overall activities, including variance statistics;
- Conduct bi-monthly check-in with the Procurement domain in order to plan and timely execute the payment process;
- Partner with the CFO to address all operational and strategic issues as they arise and provide recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/ expense analysis;
- Prepare monthly reports on incoming funds partnering with the External Affairs team in order to identify the nature of those (Foundations, Individuals, Government, Multilaterals, Corporations, etc.);
- Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress and changes;
- Coordinate all financial, project/ program, and grants accounting/ financial reporting process and yearly audit-related activities;
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reporting materials and metrics to CFO, and key external constituents; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements for internal and external use;
- Supervise the process of Community projects' financial report submission and provided proper support;
- Monitor weekly expense approval processes;
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate RA standards and regulatory requirements.
Operations Management (40%):
- Manage audit, legal, accountancy, and any consulting services;
- Manage and oversee the Organization's technology and data management systems, maintain and improve IT systems;
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly;
- Responsible for safeguarding and maintenance of business assets and equipment, which include Company cars, IT equipment, mobile phones, office stationery, etc. across all the domains (including regions) and own the annual inventory process;
- Manage the process of preparing required accompanying documents across all the functions (donation and service contracts, agreements, MoUs).
Other Responsibilities(10%):
- Assist in all HR related operational activities when required;
- Provide relevant assistance in TFA's special projects initiatives (Social Innovation Incubator, Community Impact Fund, etc. );
- Continuously develop management and leadership skills through coaching/ mentoring support from TFAll and other potential external sources.
Note: Teach For Armenia is a growing nonprofit working within a dynamic system. TFA team must be agile as it grows in scale. Teach For Armenia is looking for leaders who are resilient and adaptive. That is to say that responsibilities may shift over time.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
For this role specifically, Teach For Armenia is looking for a candidate who possesses the following key competencies:
- Financial Management: This individual should have a strong background in all aspects of financial governance, including planning, reporting, and accounting;
- Risk Management and Compliance: In order to safeguard the Organization's financial security while ensuring adherence to financial regulations, Teach For Armenia needs a leader who can work across teams to ensure risk management and compliance is in place;
- Advisory and Consultancy: The nature of this job will require close collaboration with other departments in order to ensure teams are equipped to manage their finances correctly;
- Data and Technology: The Finance and Operations Manager should have a data-driven mindset with a strong command for technological platforms in order to maximize resources and to identify strategic opportunities for financial efficiencies;
- Project Management: As a "Manager" at Teach For Armenia, this individual will oversee various projects, processes, and systems that will require strong project management skills.
Aside from these core competencies, Teach For Armenia is also looking for the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance; master's degree is preferred;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting management;
- Special consideration will be given to individuals with a financial background in nonprofit management (e.g. reporting for grants);
- Deep knowledge on the Armenian Software platform;
- Fluency in Armenian language; high-level knowledge of English language.
