ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
SDA is looking for an enthusiastic Gender Specialist to assist Project team in applying gender equality and justice approaches in the planning and implementation stages of the Project activities.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
The job responsibilities of the Gender Specialist include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting the Project team in applying gender equality in the planning and implementation stages of the Project activities;
- Acting as a resource person on empowerment, knowledge exchange, gender equality and women's empowerment;
- Cooperating with other project components, coordinating gender equality and women's empowerment activities;
- Providing and supporting partners/ beneficiaries on gender issues, technical assistance, capacity building and information provision;
- Preparing quality program reports (monthly, semi-annual and annual) and other necessary documents and materials (newsletters, etc.) for SDA;
- Assisting in organizing project’s events, workshops, meetings, donor and partner field trips, briefings; etc;
- Designing and implementing activities, campaigns;
- Contributing to communications-related activities;
- Perform other related duties, including the direct implementation of some technical activities, as required.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- University degree in Social Science, Public Relations, Communications or in a related area;
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position;
- Substantial experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of gender projects;
- Solid understanding of project management principles;
- Experience of working with governmental structures, mass media, donor organizations, non-governmental organizations and private sector;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, tact and high sense of responsibility;
- Good time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly express ideas in oral and written forms, accuracy in task implementation and concentration;
- Strategic and creative mindset;
- Ability and willingness to travel across the regions of RA;
- Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain working relations in a team and independently;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools;
- Understanding of the rural development context in Armenia is a plus.
