ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The 4-star North Avenue Hotel Yerevan is looking for a General Manager, responsible for overall operations of the hotel, day-to-day staff management as well as of the standards of the brand to deliver an anticipatory Guest experience.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Organize the entire process and oversee operational functions of the Hotel;- Manage the staff, hold regular briefings and meetings with all departments;
- Ensure full compliance to the hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures, service and standards;
- Develop improvement actions, carry out costs savings;
- Closely monitor hotel reports daily and take decisions accordingly;
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance;
- Provide effective leadership to the hotel team members;
- Hire and train employees, evaluate their performance and productivity;
- Deliver excellent customer service.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field;- At least 4 years of proven experience in hospitality industry in a managerial position;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data.
