ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
The Head of HR department will head the HR Unit at ARCS, will lead in executing ARCS’s human resource strategy, including recruitment, retention and succession planning. He/She serves to support ARCS's workforce in areas of change and performance management. The Head of the Department will be a trusted adviser to all ARC departments, specifically on topics of compliance, reward and alignment to ARC’s strategic goals.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝

Employee Relations
- Review and revise the salary structure and related compensation policies based on periodical analysis of trends in compensation and other benefits;
- Ensure staff compensation packages are compliant with ARC’s salary structure and HR Policies;
- Advise, plan and develop initiatives related to staff wellbeing, succession planning and retention.
Recruitment
- Overview, compliance with recruitment policies;
- Review of new job descriptions and classification of roles as per the salary scales and job level indicators;
- Oversee new staff’s onboarding, salary offer and reviews staff contracts.
Staff Performance
- Develop and implement systematic employee performance management structures and appraisal processes;
- Advise line managers on issues related to poor performance of staff.
General
- Workforce planning - working with senior Leadership and Heads of Department to ensure business continuity;
- Identify and ensure ARCS’s compliance with Armenian Labour Code and related legal requirements;
- Maintain relationships and act as a focal point for external service agencies and organisations retained by ARCs, including the recruitment agency and Homecare Centre;
- Accountable for accuracy and SG sign-off for staff timesheets, annual leave requests and amendments to staff contracts.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝

Education
- University Degree plus formal HR training or equivalent of qualifying experience in HR management or business-related disciplines.
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a Human Resources role, with at least 2 years in a managerial level position;
- Experience in writing and adapting HR policies and procedures;
- Experience in managing employee relations cases and investigations;
- Experience working for a humanitarian or non-profit organisation.
Knowledge and Skills
- Well-versed in human resource best practice, including knowledge in recruitment, employee relation matters, performance management and legal compliance;
- Knowledge in supporting organisations through people change management;
- Knowledge and understanding of Armenia labour law and regulations;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment;
- Proficient in digital software (Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel);
- Skills in people management and relationship-building;
- Proven and reliable team support abilities.
- Proficient in Armsoft program, preferably AS-Enterprise section.
Languages
- Proficient in spoken and written Armenian language;
- Proficient in spoken and written English language.
