ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
Evocabank is looking for a very organized and creative person for Human Resource Management Senior Specialist position, who will actively participate in Human Resources Management processes and continue build Employee Branding.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Handle recruitment process: organization of vacancy competitions, posting vacancy announcements, holding job interviews, testing and recapping the outcomes;
- Implement orientation program for the newly hired employee and actively participate in their adaptation to the new work environment;
- Jointly with the Bank's other subdivisions, prepare job descriptions and competency mapping;
- Review relevant job market data;
- Participate in development of employee performance management and motivation systems;
- Review employee performance management systems and monitor the evaluation process, as well as the employee assessment outcomes processing, recapping and reporting;
- Participate in organization of employee benefits packages - social or insurance programs;
- Prepare labor contracts, issue employee-related orders, directives, instructions and other official letters;
- Identify employee training and development needs, organize internal and external training programs, employees' experience sharing and assessment of training course efficiency;
- Disseminate the Bank's corporate values and culture, organize team-based events, carry out activities aimed at improvement of internal communication;
- Execute other assignments related to the duties and tasks of the Department.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- University degree in a relevant field; MBA is preferred;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HRM area;
- International educational programs or qualifications will be considered a strong plus;
- Good grasp of RA Labor Code, and HRM-related decisions;
- Ability to draft job descriptions and job announcements; excellent skills for identification of target sources of announcements and job candidate interviewing skills;
- Thorough knowledge of HRM processes, traditional and state-of-the-art tools, digital and global trends;
- Technical skills for personnel performance management, assessment and motivation;
- Eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet;
- Ability to work in a team;
- High sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages, both oral and written.
