ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of IT Manager who will be responsible for all technology planning, decision-making, implementation and maintenance.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information;
- Monitor, ensure and manage the acquisition and maintenance of property based systems;
- Provide technical expertise and support;
- Analyze information, identify current and potential problems and propose solutions;
- Ensure that computer and network operations are monitored at the property, backup/ recovery functions are performed on scheduled basis and administration functions for hardware, operating and application systems are maintained and completed on consistent basis;
- Maintain inventories and manage IT hardware/ software;
- Provide Internet support and maintenance;
- Consult on specific application issues or hardware/ software problems;
- Monitor processes and evaluate information according to SOP and LSOP requirements;
- Cooperate with IT and mobile suppliers, looking for new opportunities;
- Communicate with HOD on a daily bases;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience in relevant position;
- Specific hotel software knowledge is advantage (Opera/ Micros/ TNG);
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems;
- System-related professional certifications are preferred;
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
