ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
The HR Department Organizational Development Leading Specialist is responsible for job evaluation, position grading and developing of the competencies in the Company. He/ she performs organizational analysis to ensure efficiency related to workforce, structure and processes. The position holder identifies ways of efficient use of headcount and work time, analyzes the job requirements and sets forth recommendations on the related issues. He/ she is also responsible for the implementation of talent management processes and succession planning practices.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Conduct the process of organizational restructuring and efficiency;
- Օrganize the process of implementing organizational restructuring in the Company;
- Ensure the provision of the relevant documentation (job and functional descriptions, presentations, memos, grade assessment);
- Monitor and make proposals relevant to the organizational structure changes;
- Conduct job evaluation and make position grading;
- Prepare job descriptions and maintain accurate database per department;
- Conduct discussions with unit and department managers for identifying key positions and employees, also their successors;
- Coordinate annual workforce efficiency assessment process, prepare workforce efficiency assessment plan;
- Ensure, that the competency modelling of the Company is timely revised and up to dated;
- Develop and elaborate processes related normative documents;
- Process the orders related to the staff size/ position title listing/ organizational structure as per procedure;
- Make relevant changes in the Human Resources Management System.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Higher education in any field relevant to HR;
- At least 5 years of specialized work experience in HR sphere;
- Good understanding of human resource management principles, including job analysis, job design, organizational analysis, process management, organizational behavior;
- Awareness of HAY grading tools and methodology.
