ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
The Role: The majority of Teach For Armenia’s financial support comes from private donors. The Private Partnerships Manager will help Teach For Armenia meet its fundraising objectives with a focus on donors in Armenia and Russia. The Private Partnerships Manager will research, identify, and pursue fundraising opportunities. They will cultivate and steward donors, as well as plan and implement special projects like crowdfunding campaigns, fundraising events, sponsorship programs, etc. The Private Partnerships Manager’s responsibilities include managing the donor records database.
The Team: Reporting to the Head of Private Partnerships, the Private Partnerships Manager will work in parallel to the Public Partnerships Manager. While the Private Partnerships Team focuses on cultivating support among high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporations, the Public Partnerships Team works closely with the Ministry of Education as well as multilateral institutions. The Private Partnerships Manager will also intersect with the Marketing and Brand Strategy Departments in creating a strong “story of impact” across the External Affairs Division.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
For this role, the key responsibilities will include:
Cultivate Donors and Special Projects (25%)
- Research, identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities; manage special projects such as crowdfunding campaigns.
Stakeholder Management and Communications (25%)
- Ensure that TFA continues cultivating relationships with individuals who have donated while converting them into fundraisers;
- Develop a strong “story of impact” and narrative around Teach For Armenia’s work, with a focus on organizational communications and fundraising;
- Support editing of organizational communications.
Maintain Database and Track Progress (25%)
- Leverage platforms such as SalesForce, Classy, Mailchimp, and Asana to steward relationships, analyze gaps, and track progress towards goals;
- Frequently track and update donor information and engagement.
Reporting and Communications (15%)
- Support the creation of Teach For Armenia’s Annual Report, as well as quarterly report for the largest funder;
- Generate reports that document results and impact to the donors.
Participating in Org-Wide and Cross-Collaborative Initiatives (10%)
- Alongside with other staff, participate at regular org-wide events and initiatives to build up on the organizational culture and be a part of the key strategic meetings and events;
- Serve on other working groups and projects as needed.
Note: Teach For Armenia is a growing nonprofit working within a dynamic system. Its team must be agile as it grows in scale. TFA is looking for leaders who are resilient and adaptive. That is to say that responsibilities may shift over time.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- At least a bachelor’s degree; however, many staff members at Teach For Armenia possess a master’s degree or higher;
- At least 2 years of experience in fundraising; experience with a track record of success is preferred, including a background in crowdfunding;
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills;
- Native Armenian-speaker; fluency in Russian language; advanced working knowledge of English language;
- A meaningful personal connection to the Armenian context.
For this role specifically, TFA is also looking for a candidate who possesses the following key competencies:
- Fundraising: TFA is looking for a leader who has a track record of leading fundraising campaigns with success, including crowdfunding;
- Project Management: The campaigns that this individual will be leading are large. As such, TFA needs someone who is highly organized and comes prepared with strong project management skills;
- Stakeholder Management: Teach For Armenia has garnered tremendous support, both in Armenia and abroad. The Private Partnerships and Communications Manager needs to be effective at cultivating donors and converting them into champions for the work, while maintaining relationships through strong reporting mechanisms;
- Data Management: the organization leverages platforms such as Classy and Salesforce to manage a large database of donors. It will be critical for this individual to leverage these tools in order to organize and track the data and help the team make data-informed decisions;
- Communications: A key part of this role will be developing a strong “story of impact”, specifically for Armenian and Russian-speaking audiences. You will work closely with the Marketing and Branding Team to tell the organization’s story and convey the program and impact to donors.
