Role description:
Evoca is seeking a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for managing the procurement process, supplier relationships and purchasing activities.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

What will you be doing?

• participate in the planning process of procurement activities;
• participate in tender processes;
• conduct procurement processes;
• prepare reports based on procurement results;
• present recommendations aimed at optimizing procurement costs and improving supplier performance;
• perform follow-up on the agreements and contracts based on procurement results.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in economics, management or finance;
• at least two years of work experience in the banking or financial sector or in procurement;
• knowledge of the regulatory framework governing procurement activities in the RA;
• familiarity with procurement procedures and relevant normative legal acts;
• professional knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management;
• professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS or relevant certifications) will be a plus;
• ability to perform financial analyses;
• strong ability to think quickly and make decisions;
• excellent command of English and Russian.
