EvocaBank is looking for a Product Owner. If you are a person with an eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and high sense of responsibility, then Evocabank is waiting for you.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Collaborate with business and technology leads to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories;- Work with stakeholders to align expectations and prioritize key outcomes;
- Ensure the successful design, delivery and adoption of solutions;
- Participate in Team Demos and Retrospectives;
- Manage System Integrations and help drive the value stream to meet the set objectives;
- Cooperate with internal and external teams meant to enhance the project development and implementation;
- Conduct continuous research in the industry;
- Stay up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education in financial or information technology areas;- 2+ years of work experience in Product Management and/or Product Development;
- Proven experience in product lifecycle development;
- Experience in product roadmap management, prioritization and stakeholder conflict resolution;
- Experience managing multiple PM software systems: Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.;
- Solid understanding of agile/scrum best practices;
- Knowledge of global business payment products and emerging payment models;
- PMP, Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications will be a strong plus;
- Knowledge of RA banking services will be a plus;
- Proven ability to translate business needs into requirements, prioritize, and maintain backlog for assigned products;
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships within cross functional teams;
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent negotiation skills, with strong business acumen.
