Role description:
Evoca is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will manage banking and IT projects, ensuring their effective planning, coordination, implementation and successful completion. ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

What will you be doing?

- participate in the planning process of audit reviews;
- manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure;
- develop and monitor project plans, timelines, progress, risks and dependencies;
- coordinate the work of various bank departments, IT teams, vendors and partners;
- participate in collecting and clarifying business requirements and aligning solutions;
- organize project meetings and ensure follow-up on decisions and task execution;
- prepare project status reports and present them to management;
- ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

What skills are we looking for?
- higher education in economics, management or finance;
- at least 2 years of work experience in a bank;
- practical experience in project management;
- mandatory experience working with ArmSoft / Armenian Software systems;
- mandatory experience working on IT projects or in an IT environment;
- knowledge of banking processes and systems;
- demonstration of analytical thinking and ability to solve problems in a structured way;
- demonstration of excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills and results-oriented approach to work;
- good knowledge of Armenian and Russian (knowledge of English considered an advantage);
- experience in working with Jira, Confluence or other project management tools;
- experience with business requirements formalization, testing/UAT and process management;
- holding PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner or other professional certifications (considered an advantage).
