ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Public Journalism Club (PJC) is looking for an organised and responsible Administrative and Logistics Assistant to join our team.

The Administrative and Logistics Assistant will provide administrative, organisational and logistical support to PJC’s overall operations and to the implementation of individual projects, including an EU-supported project focused on civil society engagement, public communication and reforms related to the EU–Armenia Visa Liberalisation Dialogue.

The role will include practical support to the PJC team and assistance with events, Media Center activities, regional outreach and journalist engagement.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Provide day-to-day administrative, organisational and logistical support to the PJC team and the implementation of individual projects.

- Support the organisation of Media Center discussions, public events, meetings, journalist and communications professional engagement activities, and regional outreach.

- Coordinate practical arrangements for activities, liaising with participants, speakers, experts, venues, suppliers and service providers.

- Prepare invitations, confirmations, participant lists, attendance sheets, agendas and other activity documentation.

Assist with venue, travel, accommodation, catering and other logistical arrangements as required.

- Support procurement processes, including collection of quotations where required, and preparation of relevant administrative documentation.

- Collect, organise and file supporting documents related to project activities and expenditure.

- Maintain organised electronic and physical files for PJC and relevant projects.

- Assist the Project Coordinator and other team members with scheduling, meetings and follow-up on administrative tasks.

- Support the proper use and distribution of project and EU visibility materials and assist with documentation required for reporting and audits.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree or relevant professional qualification in administration, management, business, communications or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative, organisational or logistical experience.
- Experience organising meetings, trainings, public events or similar activities.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with contracts, invoices, procurement or supporting financial documentation will be considered an asset.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and online collaboration tools, advanced skills in using AI tools.
- Good written and spoken Armenian and working knowledge of English.
- Previous experience with an NGO, media organisation or donor-funded project will be considered an asset.
