ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

The Armenian office of HOSTKEY, an international hosting company, is looking for a Head of Account Management. The main responsibilities include departmental reporting, working with key customers in English, and operating within billing systems.

About us: We've been operating since 2008, with 8,000+ servers across data centers in the Netherlands and in multiple EU countries, the UK, and the USA. Our core business covers data center services, server rental and leasing, and virtualization.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Organizing the department's day-to-day operations;
- Maintaining reporting;
- Monitoring task completion and improving team performance;
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing process changes;
- Organizing training and onboarding for new team members;
- Liaising with other departments;
- Approving individual client terms and non-standard contracts/services;
- Managing relationships with major customers, resellers, and partners;
- Handling complaints and complex departmental cases.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role at an IT company;
- Familiarity with server hardware/infrastructure is a plus;
- English proficiency (spoken and written) at C1 (Advanced) or higher;
- Experience with specialized tools: WHMCS, Jira;
- Negotiation experience;
- Punctuality, attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to documentation and billing;
- Creative problem-solving for non-standard situations is a plus.
