Vardanants Medical Center is strengthening its commercial infrastructure and is looking for a leader to build and develop a measurable, KPI-driven promotion and revenue system.
This role is for a manager who is comfortable working with numbers, processes and measurable outcomes — and who wants to create real operational impact.
Mission of the Role
To design and implement a structured sales funnel that ensures transparent, controllable and predictable conversion from lead to actual patient visit.
Expected Results (First 6–9 Months)
- Clear funnel visibility and structured reporting

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a full-cycle sales funnel
(lead → first contact → qualification → offer → booking → actual visit);
- Ensure CRM-based control and daily data accuracy;
- Establish KPI monitoring across funnel stages;
- Improve response speed to incoming leads (target ≤10 minutes);
- Introduce and supervise communication scripts;
- Participate in packaging and structuring medical service offerings;
- Work in close collaboration with marketing, call center and clinical teams.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:

Ideal Background
- Experience managing sales or promotion teams;
- Practical knowledge of CRM systems and KPI-based management;
- Analytical mindset and process orientation;
- Experience in services / B2C (healthcare is an advantage).
