Role description:

Evoca is seeking an Investment services specialist to join our team and assist in financial analyses and forecasting processes. The role involves evaluating financial data, conducting risk assessments, and providing financial advisory services related to securities issuance.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What will you be doing?

- conducting financial analyses, including the evaluation of financial performance indicators, industry benchmarking and risk analysis;
- preparing and analyzing financial statements;
- developing investment proposals and preparing prospectuses for securities issuances;
- preparing and submitting the required documentation to the relevant authorities, including the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) and other regulatory bodies, for the registration and listing of securities;
- preparing and delivering company presentations;
- collaborating with the Legal and Finance departments in the preparation and registration of financial documentation;
- preparing articles on foreign companies based on financial analysis;
- establishing relationships with companies, presenting the company's products and services and engaging clients for securities issuances;
registering securities through the relevant depository systems during the securities placement process;
- supporting the Brokerage team as needed;
- conducting market research, comparative analysis and data analysis to support business decision-making.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

What skills are we looking for?

- higher education in Economics or Finance;
- at least 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis, preparing reports or in capital markets;
- proficiency with MS Office programs;
- skills in financial modelling and analysis;
- oral and written communication skills in English and Russian;
- excellent teamwork abilities, high professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
