Role description: Evoca is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Bank’s products, ensuring their effective market positioning, increasing brand awareness, and driving product promotion.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
What will you be doing?
• conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and risks, as well as collect and analyze feedback and suggestions from customers and stakeholders; • develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Bank’s products, define product positioning and key messaging in collaboration with product development and sales teams; • plan, implement and evaluate product marketing projects from concept development to market launch, including developing project plans, timelines and key implementation milestones; • organize and execute advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase product awareness and demand, analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization; • coordinate with partners and suppliers to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of advertising materials and tools, organize regular meetings with teams to discuss project progress, gather feedback and resolve emerging issues; • monitor project implementation and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with established timelines and objectives, develop and manage project budgets, ensure the effective allocation and use of financial and other resources, monitor expenses, and maintain financial accountability and budgetary discipline; • improve product marketing strategies and offerings based on feedback and suggestions collected from customers and stakeholders.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
What skills are we looking for?
• higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an MBA degree will be considered an advantage; • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or project management, preferably in banking, fintech, or related industries; • proven experience in successfully launching products to market and managing marketing campaigns; • excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; • international professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
