Evoca is seeking a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for effectively managing the Bank’s social media platforms, planning, creating, and publishing content, while increasing audience engagement, ensuring consistent brand communication, and continuously developing the Bank’s digital presence.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
What will you be doing?
• manage the Bank’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms) on a daily basis; • develop and implement social media content plans; • prepare and edit post captions and texts; • collaborate with designers and the video production team to create visual and video content; • ensure the timely publication of posts and monitor the publishing process; • monitor user comments on social media in collaboration with relevant departments; • research emerging social media trends and propose creative ideas; • monitor and analyze competitors’ social media activity; • track social media performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Followers, etc.) and prepare periodic reports; • maintain the Bank’s communication style and visual identity across all platforms; • create, film, and publish Stories content when necessary; • organize collaborations with influencers and content creators, coordinate their activities, and evaluate results.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
What skills are we looking for?
• higher education in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; • at least 1 year of work experience in social media management or digital marketing; • knowledge of the features and algorithms of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok; • knowledge of Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools; • excellent written and spoken Armenian, with good knowledge of English and Russian; • ability to create well-written, creative content tailored to different target audiences; • skills in creating photo and video content for social media; • ability to work with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools; • knowledge of influencer marketing principles and collaboration formats; • ability to analyze key social media performance metrics, including Reach, Engagement Rate, and Impressions; • creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to propose new ideas; • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; • teamwork, effective communication, and organizational skills; • attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
