JOB DESCRIPTION: 
BDO Armenia is looking for an Accountant-Consultant. The incumbent will provide tax and accountancy consulting and represent the customer in the frames of customer's and the Company's interests. He/ she must maintain corporate and professional discipline and the code of ethics. The Accountant-Consultant performs his/ her job responsibilities under supervision and control of the Executive Director and/ or Head of Accounting and Advisory Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Process and implement the customer's daily accounting transactions;
- Prepare initial accounting documents and control supporting documentation;
- Organize and control cash desk, cash receipts and payments;
- Prepare all documents necessary for transactions with customer's banking accounts and implement banking transactions;
- Responsible for bookkeeping and monitoring the customer's fixed assets and material values;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and present them to the RA state authorities;
- Prepare financial and internal managerial reports in timely and proper manner, provide consultancy on RA and international accounting standards;
- Responsible for calculation and payment of taxes and fees to be paid to tax authorities by the customer;
- Responsible for idyllic organization of workflow documentation;
- Responsible for idyllic performance of tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant-Consultant and presenting corresponding reports;
- Support new services and business development process;
- Lead accounting team, including accountants, assistants and consultants engaged in the project;
- Support accountants, consultants and assistants engaged in the project when necessary;
- Lead non-experienced employees and engage them in the Company's development process;
- Develop methods of data accumulation and analysis, prepare conclusions and offers;
- Prepare materials for offers, reports and presentations;
- Perform other responsibilities that may be required for the Company and/ or successful completion of the Company's projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in Engineering, Commerce or Economics;
- Post-graduate degree - either MBA or CA;
- At least 2 years of consulting or professional services firm background or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience;
- Core competency in at least 2 advisory service lines and broad cross functional knowledge to assist in delivery of other advisory service line projects;
- Excellent oral communication and report writing skills;
- Ability to multitask and deliver several projects concurrently;
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients and colleagues;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Highly motivated, committed self-starter with ability to prioritize work/ cope with changing priorities.
