JOB DESCRIPTION: 
"HayPost" CJSC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide administrative support to management in planning, directing, controlling and communicating;
- Provide written/ oral translations to management when needed;
- Responsible for important administrative tasks assigned by the management;
- Prepare and properly maintain corresponding documentation;
- Deal with routine correspondence, including answering telephone and email enquiries;
- Maintain office files;
- Assist to management in other administrative tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree;
- At least 2 years of work experience in administrative area;
- Perfect knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Outlook);
- Discreet, responsible personality with the ability to work under pressure;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication skills.
