JOB DESCRIPTION: 
IPC - Internationale Projekt Consult is looking for an Administrative Project Assistant who will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. The Administrative Project Assistant shall also provide support for the activities of the project implementation teams as well as perform a broad variety of duties in different projects, including arranging meetings, presentations, interviewing clients, and research activities, among others IPC is looking for a professional who is able to identify with the Company's approach and vision, who welcomes challenges and fully commits himself/ herself to the objectives of its projects and development work. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Responsible for preparation of business meetings and travelling (scheduling, preparation of necessary materials and their delivery to the invited guests, taking minutes and other support tasks during meetings);
- Responsible for planning of business trips and their organisation (identification of possible itineraries, reservation of tickets and accommodation);
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate maintenance of office equipment;
- Implement and maintain procedures/ office administrative systems;
- Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date;
- Manage office budget;
- Assist in bookkeeping processes by filing documents related to accounting and administration properly and timely;
- Support the preparation of documentation required for procurement procedures;
- Support the organisation of promotional events and trainings;
- Translate selected documents;
- Liaise with national and international IPC staff, suppliers and clients;
- Perform everyday tasks such as photocopying, mailing, phone calls and so on.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Linguistics or other related areas of education;
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and/ or in another relevant administrative role;
- Hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and working diligently under time pressure;
- Organizational skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Very good English and Russian language skills, both written and oral;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
