JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Capital Motors LLC is looking for a capable After Sales Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate is a professional experienced in management and with a passion for business growth, with very strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Manage and operate the After Sales Department, including the spare parts, the workshop and the warehouse and ensure that the team functions effectively;
- Establish departmental financial and operational objectives;
- Develop policies and operational procedures to ensure the smooth operations of the Departments;
- Anticipate service demand and provide service perspective in dealer network planning and approvals;
- Decide budgeting of projects or programs of service, warranty and spare parts;
- Manage all aspects of spare parts orders, including paperwork for ordering, importing and shipping processes;
- Evaluate and manage new vehicles if they come with any defects;
- Work on the pricing strategy of the spare parts and service work, taking into consideration a set of relevant calculations, industry and market research, and competitor actions;
- Disseminate technical information referring to Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) from Kia;
- Monitor field quality concerns and notify KMC of major issues for quality improvement;
- Analyze field claim trends for early detection of quality concerns;
- Share effective Field Fix method with dealers based on the Technical Service Bulletin, technical hotline and QIR;
- Ensure and improve the quality and profitability of the department, increasing customers’ satisfaction;
- Plan and manage customer follow-up system and handle customer complaints;
- Monitor and share customer satisfaction reports and trends to set up improvement action plans;
- Prepare all types of reporting, such as monthly surveys in DCSI;
- Present all relevant paperwork to the customs duty broker and ensure that things are done within the timeline;
- Employ the after-sales and spare parts management systems (WPC, Kia Hotline, DDMS, MPME);
- Monitor warranty, goodwill cases, quality control inspections, comeback reports and complaints;
- Optimize warranty operation in terms of cost/customer satisfaction to provide the best possible customer service;
- Handle client communication and build positive relationships with clients;
- Increase customer satisfaction and service-department profitability and quality;
- Manage the spare parts ordering processes, prepare the order list for imported orders and ensure that they are compatible to the market needs;
- Manage and oversee the purchasing of spare parts from local providers;
- Calculate a reasonable price based on the scope of the work, ensuring that quality service is offered to customers while maintaining a profitable operation;
- Establish department priorities and approve employee performance objectives and incentives;
- Ensure that all After Sales team members perform their responsibilities based on their relevant Job Descriptions;
- Evaluate the performance of employees based on job descriptions and departmental objectives;
- Outline and organize training programs for the After Sales department and coordinate dealership technical training;
- Maintain employee satisfaction and retention;
- Report monthly performance results to the Director and the President;
- Act as the brand ambassador for the Kia brand.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- At least 5 years of experience in management and preferably in automotive dealership/ after-sales department manager;
- Very good organizational and administrative skills;
- Very good personnel management and team communication skills;
- Excellent ability to plan and lead;
- Excellent customer relations skills;
- Excellent knowledge in the details regarding the vehicles dealt by the dealership;
- Very good understanding of finances, budgets and figures;
- Ability to stay current with automotive industries technologies in general and with Kia technologies, in particular;
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department;
- Great attention to detail and compliance;
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field; Master’s degree preferred;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
