JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Product Development Division team in the process of introduction, regulation and standardization of new services and products. He/she will coordinate the process of developing new products to promote the Company to achieve high positions in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Support the Product Development Division team in the process of introduction, regulation and standardization of new services and processes;
- Coordinate the process of developing new loan products;
- Coordinate the process of developing and upgrading of new operating systems;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Outline the project results, phases and milestones, create and maintain up-to-date project plan.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- 1 year of experience, preferably in the banking sector;
- Higher education, preferably degree in Economics;
- Project management skills;
- Ability to evaluate financial and other risks;
- Good understanding of principles of small and medium business setup and development;
- Knowledge of information systems used by finance institutions;
- Business communication ethics;
- MS Office skills (Excel and Word); AS Bank skills are a plus.
