JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The objective of the App Support Specialist is to provide timely support by empowering Prime Solutions users to operate more effectively. Each member of the team will contribute to the development of a creative and challenging work experience.
The main aim of the App Support Specialist is to establish a solid relationship with Prime Solutions partners and ensure the connection to deliver superior user satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Answer partners’/users’ inquiries related to services and other issues provided by the company;
- Identify and assess partners’/users’ needs to achieve required satisfaction;
- Handle partners’/users’ complaints providing an appropriate solution or finding alternative options to solve the issues if there is any;
- Register all types of issues in the ticketing system for the review of corresponding departments;
- Build a sustainable, long-term partnership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Proficiency in English or Russian languages (written and verbal);
- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality;
- Ability to listen and understand the information and ideas presented by partner/user, detect issues and provide appropriate solutions;
- Time management skills;
- Multitasking skills;
- Creative thinking;
- Attention to details;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Willingness to work on 24/7 shifts.
