JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Concern-Dialog CJSC is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate/ Lawyer. The position includes legal component (mainly relating to contract law and legal research) as well as technical and organizational component (technical and organizational support to the office).
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Draft and review civil and labor contracts;
- Provide legal advice on private law (including corporate, civil, labor) in Armenian language (possibly also in English and Russian languages) to the clients of the firm;
- Participate in negotiations; communicate with Company clients;
- Implement legal research; study the international experience, domestic and foreign judicial practice;
- Assist the Company staff for the effective organization of the work;
- Organize meetings and discussions;
- Perform other job-related technical tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree in Law;
- Work experience is preferable, but not compulsory;
- Active participation in moot court competitions, law competitions, conferences and other extracurricular activities is a strong asset;
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office, Internet and E-mail; ability to quickly learn computer systems;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages (including the knowledge of legal terminology);
- Experience in drafting foreign language contracts will be an asset;
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality; communication skills;
- Teamwork and time management skills and high work efficiency;
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
