JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Baker Tilly Armenia is looking for an Audit Assistant to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Perform assigned audit procedures in accordance with the audit plan and professional standards;
- Conduct substantive testing on account balances and transactions;
- Assist in testing internal controls and compliance with company policies;
- Prepare audit working papers and ensure proper documentation and cross-referencing;
- Support confirmation processes, vouching, and verification of supporting documents;
- Participate in team discussions regarding audit risks, findings, and approach;
- Report observations, issues, or anomalies to senior auditors promptly;
- Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and independence at all times.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Knowledge of IFRS;
- At least 3 years of audit experience;
- ACCA or CAAA professional level student;
- Proficiency in researching accounting and auditing issues;
- Good organizational and teamwork skills;
- Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines;
- Highly motivated, curious and proactive team player with a positive attitude;
- Proficient English language skills.
