JOB DESCRIPTION: 
IPC Caucasus contributes to shaping and building IPC’s global project portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that consultant teams can provide impactful and high-quality solutions for the beneficiaries of technical assistance projects. Our business development team is central to our ability to achieve long-term benefits for our clients and the businesses they serve.
In this context, IPC Caucasus, as part of the IPC Group, supports IPC in the participation in competitive tender processes. We contribute to preparing proposals that present our experience, proposed staffing, and approach to helping clients achieve their objectives and are currently seeking to employ a Bid Management Associate.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Identifying suitable business opportunities in IPC’s core areas of work, in line with the firm’s strategy;
- Tracking tender/proposal timelines, inputs, and deliverables;
- Coordinating across relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely proposal development;
- Assisting with the selection of expert teams, overall quality control, and timely final submission;
- Identifying and assessing potential partners and helping to draft teaming agreements;
- Contributing to the development of project concepts and internal/external consultation meetings with relevant stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in international development cooperation, ideally in procurement and/or proposal preparation for international donor organisations, with a solid understanding of client requirements;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (French required);
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership and contribute to improved business outcomes;
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritise effectively across multiple work streams;
- Experience living and working in international, cross-cultural environments.
