JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Business Consultant will assist USAID Economic Foundations for a Resilient Armenia Activity (hereinafter – Economic Foundations), in drafting the Scope of Work for Investment landscape Analysis, as well support industry associations do develop 5-year strategic plans. The Consultant will report to the Economic Foundations Financial Transactions Advisor (FTA).
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Support Economic Foundations team in the design of the technical requirements for the scope of work of Investment Landscape assessment, as well as industry associations in strategic planning;
- Ensure to collect comprehensive inputs dedicated efficient task realization;
- Engage with stakeholders, specifically BSPs, Anchor Firms, Financial and Development Finance organizations, Investors and other, to comprehend the gaps and utilize new mechanisms for Landscape analyses;
- Facilitate brainstorming meetings and discussions;
- Prepare meeting minutes after each meeting;
- Suggest other activities if necessary.
DELIVERABLES:
- Comprehensive Scope of work for an investment landscape analysis;
- 5-year strategic plans for high-tech and tourism industry associations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international relations, management, or a related field;
- Proven experience (typically 8-10 years) in management advisory services;
- Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations, management practices, and reporting requirements is preferable;
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
