JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Strategic Development Agency is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven and energetic Business Development Manager. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The job responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
- Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and potential areas for growth;
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base;
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
- Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships that align with the companies’ sales objectives;
- Prepare sales contracts, keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.;
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales and finance to drive successful business development initiatives;
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople;
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts;
- Perform other tasks that will contribute to the execution of the company’s growth strategy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Management or a related field;
- At least 3 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish partnerships;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets and goals;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities;
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online customer acquisition strategies;
- Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Time management and planning skills;
- Ability and willingness to travel countrywide (at least 50% of time);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good command of English and Russian languages;
- Strong computer skills.
