JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Ayvazyan and Partners LLC is looking for a Business Expert to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Explore customer organization's goals and objectives;
- Develop customer organization's business strategy and long-term steps;
- Develop and implement customer organization's development plan and report;
- Manage and guide customer organization sales and marketing processes;
- Clarify and manage business processes;
- Develop and implement the models of salary and motivation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in the relevant field;
- Work experience in strategic planning and management;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Director, Commercial Director, Development Director or in a similar position;
- Experience to lead a team of at least 30 people;
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Office, 1C or AS, CRM etc.;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of English language;
- Ability to lead and work with the team;
- Stress resistance;
- Rapid orientation and decision-making skills in crisis situations;
- Positive and persistent person.
