Call center specialist will be responsible for providing proper information about our services, loans and products as well as delivering tailored advisory services․

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
What will you be doing?
- answer customer’s phone calls and provide necessary information;
- identification of customer needs, consultation and sales through phone calls, electronic media and communication software;
- checking up, processing and implementing customer messages received from remote service systems;
- working with databases, implementing data entries;
- preparation and presentation of relevant reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
What skills is Evoca looking for?
- university degree in economics or finance;
- at least 1 year of professional experience in in lending or loan analysis;
data analysis skills;
- high level of responsibility and ability to work in a team;
- excellent communication skills.
