JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Armenian Restaurant Association is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking Chief Operating Officer (COO).
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Organize and carry out the activities of the Company within the scope of his/ her authority;
- Give instructions and binding orders as well as monitor the implementation of the given assignments within the scope of his/ her authority;
- Ensure the implementation of decisions made by other collegial management bodies of the Company;
- Dispose of the property of the Organization in the manner and amount established by the Charter of the Company, including financial resources;
- Conclude transactions, sign contracts and financial documents on behalf of the Company in compliance with law;
- Open settlement and other accounts for the Company in the banks of the RA and foreign countries;
- Compose and present for the confirmation the staff list and estimated annual costs;
- Keep the register of the members of the union;
- Compile internal documents regulating the activities of the Company;
- Notify the meeting participants about the time, agenda and place of the meeting in accordance with the way and time schedules prescribed by the Charter of the Company;
- Compose reports;
- Submit reports on the Company's activities, property use, implemented programs and their effectiveness monetary funds and expenditures for the accomplishment of statutory goals;
- Publish the necessary reports, changes and/ or additions to the Charter of the Company on the official website;
- Represent the Company in the Republic of Armenia and foreign countries, state governmental bodies and private companies;
- Present and protect the rights and legitimate interests of himself/ herself and his/ her members in other organizations, courts, public administration and local self-governing bodies in the manner prescribed by law;
- Cooperate with other organizations, including international or foreign organizations, with the goal to represent and protect common interests;
- Carry out other powers envisaged by the Charter of the Company or by the decision of the Assembly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of work experience in strategic planning and management;
- Knowledge of hotel and restaurant businesses;
- Basic knowledge of law;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking skills;
- Excellent knowledge of oral and written Armenian, Russian and English languages.
