JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Maximum Construction is looking for a reliable Construction Site Project Manager to join its team. As a Construction Manager of the Company, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing, planning, managing and trucking the progress of the construction project.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Oversee, manage and direct construction process from beginning to end;
- Review and monitor the project in-depth;
- Prepare purchase requisition for needed materials and services;
- Monitor schedules of all the deliverables;
- Responsible for budget planning and cost estimating;
- Track inventory regularly, including tools, materials and equipment;
- Prepare internal and external reports;
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and solve them quickly;
- Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations;
- Always ensure quality and safety construction standards;
- Manage and mitigate any risk from construction activities;
- Stuff the project with sufficient number of qualified employees;
- Take full ownership of the project execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- 3 years of experience within construction;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions;
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
