JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Contact Centre Intern will play a vital role in providing high quality customer service. The Intern should be able to participate in the program on full-time basis, i.e. 09:00-18:00 with a one-hour lunch break.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide high quality customer service;
- Handle medium complexity customer contacts in a contact centre environment;
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately the Bank's services and products;
- Handle and process customer telephone banking and Internet/ Mobile banking support services requests;
- Keep up to date on all training and relevant internal communications;
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's full range of products and services;
- Understand the knowledge of operational risk, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices;
- Suggest ideas and contribute to implementing actions that will improve customer service, quality or the way teams and individuals work together.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written;
- Dedicated, driven and proactive personality;
- Ability to work with rules and regulations;
- Ability to adapt to changing environment;
- Ability to work independently, take appropriate responsibility for actions and make sensible decisions;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
