JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Aregak UCO is looking for a Credit Portfolio Analyst to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Implement analyses of credit portfolio on regional unit and overall organization level;
- Review the crediting tendencies per regional unit and present recommendations to prevent possible issues;
- Perform PAR tendency analyses on regional units and overall organization level;
- Participate in the implementation of the Organization’s marketing plan and evaluation of achievement of business targets in accordance with the overall business plan of the Organization;
- Analyze data to identify customer needs and develop strategies to attract new customers, as well as prepare proposals to fulfil customers' expectations;
- Reveal the issues arisen during the ongoing operations and submit appropriate suggestions/ take measures to solve them;
- Review the issues arisen as a result of performance of regional unit staff and present recommendations to prevent them;
- Participate in Credit Committee Meetings as required;
- Perform other tasks and assignments of the immediate supervisor which are consistent with the employee’s general responsibilities and authorities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Management, Auditing;
- Working knowledge of basic statistical tools;
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position, especially in financial, management/ audit/ consulting, or related fields;
- Ability to perform analysis;
- Ability to prepare and present reports;
- Ability to make decisions independently and work without direct supervision, as well as function in a multitask environment;
- Ability to prioritize work volume according to organization’s needs and as well as work under pressure and manage tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of Armenian and English languages: ability to read, write and speak, including preparing and presenting written reports;
- Computer skills (Word and Excel); additional computer techniques are a plus.
