JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Evocabank is looking for a Customer Attraction Specialist, who has eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team, high sense of responsibility, excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Implement direct selling techniques and meetings with current and potential customers, attract new customers;
- Conduct analysis of customers’ needs and develop respective products, submit offers to the Department head;
- Initiate projects relating to introduction of new services or triggering improvement processes;
- Responsible for advancement of customer relations through building new relations, strengthening and expanding the existing ones;
- Conduct market analysis and create potential customers’ database.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree in Economics or Finance;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in bank/ financial sphere, specifically in sales or customer attraction departments;
- Good knowledge of RA banking laws and regulations, as well as banking services and their sales techniques;
- Outstanding teamwork skills and ability to take best decisions in stressful situations;
- Proactivity and high sense of responsibility;
- Analytical and practical mindset, outstanding skills for presentation, attraction and cooperation;
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office software, and means of electronic communication;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
